AMD Athlon 2600+?

Can anyone tell me what an AMD Athlon XP 2600+ overclocked to 3200+ speeds would equal in a Pentium 4 system?

I keep reading AMD is better, but how exactly does a 3200+ match up with the Intel CPU's?
