Amd XP 2400+ vs amd XP2800+

ok right now im using a XP 2400+ and i have been given a XP 2800+ for free, i know it works and my mother and ram will work with it. ok so is the upgrade worth all the work i have to do

Course it's worth it!:haha: Just get some fresh heatsink paste, and google some instructions to loosen and lift the heatsink, which may be well stuck to the processor. You are looking at a 20% improvement here which may really help your gaming experience. You might want to upgrade the bios first to be sure it all works 100%.
