Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if anyone could figure out how why I get this message when I'm trying to FTP a file:

an application error the instruction" 0x77f69ecd" reference memory at "0x6010". The memory can not be "written". Click on cancel to end program; click on cancel debug the program.
