Can I submit and wait for next season(s) when other countries will be available?

my head almost exploded for not being able to see my country, the Philippines from country of origin in the application form. I was 'almost 100% sure' that one of my rigs will be chosen until I read the terms of service. I was disqualified from the start!

Still with a Core2Quad Q8400, Asus P5KPL/EPU, 2x2gb ddr2 800mhz, GTX 750 Gigabyte 1gb and one 160gb drive and another 320gb.my head almost exploded for not being able to see my country, the Philippines from country of origin in the application form. So I submitted my entry, like 3 days ago. Now it was marked with an orange status anyone know what that means? I've been trying to figure this out and also it wont let me edit it....

For now all you need to know, black = PCs already in the episodes. And orange is for people that apply but arenot in the geo regions that are part of the contest (so they cannot be picked).

Which doesn't make sense since I'm in the US, and I was marked orange.....
Here's hoping they expand to Norway at some point. Komplett, Dustin, Power, MPX are all good alternatives for a partner, should they be willing. If they aren't, I guess I'll just give up all hope that I'll ever get the chance in ANY of these contests, whether it be UMPCP or giveaways.

I think we are pretty similar. I have a CPU from the same first generation of quad cores! Q6600. Sigh. I definitely need an upgrade, but the link won't work to post.
