Another c000021a stop error

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shutdown.

I came back from working on a paper and this stop message was on the BSOD on my computer.
I have tried repairing from the windows log-on cd, deleting hotfix 890895, starting in all the different modes on F8 screen.
I can't get into windows in any mode at all, if anyone has any suggestion it would be appreciated.
