I am starting to get back into a regular meditation schedule after 'straying from the path". I find it a valuable tool for developing one's consciousness and awareness.
my university offers a tai chi class too. i'm considering taking whether that or yoga for my pe class (just for the PE credits).
i'll need 4 credits, and have applied for health education (2) next quarter... probably would take aikido (1). so i need 1 more.. :giddy:
as for meditation, i've never really tried it on my own. the teacher made us do some when i was a kid though...
