Hello and welcome to Techspot.

I can`t see anything in your HJT log that would account for your problem.

However, there are some entries that need to be fixed.

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: DriveLetterAccess - {5CA3D70E-1895-11CF-8E15-001234567890} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dla\tfswshx.dll

Only fix the above 017 entries, if they don`t belong to your ISP.

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

Actually, I had a similar problem with a client recently. During my clients working hours, while all of their machines were in use, apparently over a 1000 spam emails were sent from their AOL account.

It seems to me that they came from the account for certain, but they weren't sent by an actual person at the office. It can only be a hacker of some sort (as the emails were in the sent folder, and thus were indeed sent by the account in question).

Either that, or AOL don't know their backside from their elbow, which is equally possible.

AOL?

Only if you're a ***** or newbie who doesn't know better.

The article says it all.
