Apple M1 Ultra benchmarks put it ahead of Core i9-12900K and Xeon W, close to Threadripper...

I'm not "championing" Apple... and they DO have far more resources than Intel... Every big company over hypes their products - it's called marketing... But, in general, Apple products tend to be pretty good, well reviewed, keep their value over time and quite popular...

By the way... you DO know you can reply to more than one post in a message, right?

Since you are using capitals: they DON'T have more resources than Intel. They have precisely ZERO fabrication resources in house, for a start. You seem to be equating money with resources. They aren't the same thing. While we are at it, the majority of Apple's "resources" are devoted to developing and promoting the iPhone and the App Store which account for almost 75% percent of their revenues. So, when you look at how much of the Apple Corporation's "resources" are devoted to development of the Mac silicon, I would be surprised if the resource allocation was a double digit percentage. Compare this to Intel, who have most of the company's resources devoted to chip design and fabrication.

Let's see what happens to Apple Silicon if China invades Taiwan and cuts off Apple's silicon production, shall we? Resources - pfft.

I think you might want to look up the definition of resources.... and yes, money counts as a resource... Apple has access to far more than intel...
