Application error/ referenced memory

Everytime my Zone Alarm program shutsdown I get the following message: VSMON.EXE application error/The instruction at "0x00f0b608" referenced memory at "0x00000008",The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program. Why does ZA keep shutting down & I get the application error message? (This happens rarely)

Ur help is appreciated

the data is corrupted your hard drive might be going bad or windows is messed up or you could try to reinstall it

I guess it is the hard drive cuz it makes grinding noises. So im assumin its gonna crash. Ima clone my hard drive & replace it.

Mmm... I see this one sometimes when I play Half-Life 2 Deathmatch
Unfortunately I don't have a solution to offer. I am mostly replying to be adiviced about it too
