i tried to optimise using system mechanic.after some time the system cannot run any applications and cannot connect to the internet.what shall i do to put the computer back in the ordinary state.please help
i's not easy to solve your problem without any further detail...
i suggest you to try erm... HijackThis and paste the log here so that we can see te running processes. and also your computer specification...
for quick method, try to do a "system-restore"...
basically it's quite helpful... but i don;t recommend it unless emergency...
start > program > accessories > system tools > system restore
