Trying to rebuild my computer....When I turn on my computer I get one beep, then the Asus screen, but nothing else will work, not my keyboard, cd drive or floppy disk..... brand new sempron 2600 cpu and memory ...I am trying to use my old hard drive...I know it works but do I have to formate first? Any suggestons?...I believe the dip switches are in the right order. Thanks for you help
