  1. Hi everybody,
I start my computer, Windows XP works great.I then shutdown my computer and I have no display on my screen. The fan are working.I can here the hard disk working too.In order to make my computer work again, i must unplug my computer and wait maybe 30 seconds and then it works great until I repeat.I have the same problem if I reboot my computer. Now I will try updating my bios, but I am wondering what is the cause of this.I have put a new Hard disk and same problem. Also I have tested by going in the bios and then rebooting the computer.Same problem. So I do not believe it is a driver issu.

    Any ideas?????

you need to post your SPECS when asking a question.
dollars to donuts, your PSU has gone bad. Replace it.
If you have an e-crap (emachine) you will have to replace the motherboard as well.
