I'm kinda confused at the moment because on ASUS.tk it says that the mobo P5P800-VM (865G chipset) supports 65nm processors (like the P4 651), but on Intel's site it doesn't say anything else except that the 65nm P4 651 is not shown as supported on the 865G chipset.
So my question is: Does the mobo P5P800-VM support the Intel P4 651 processor?
I'm asking this because, over the 650 on 90nm, the 651 has a lower power consumption and is cheaper. Plus I have an AGP video card and DDR400, so I can't afford the new techs, because I would have to change everything.
Please answer my question as soon as possible. Thx in advance ;)

I just double checked Asus' website specs for that motherboard, and you're right. They do have that CPU listed as being compatible which to me means they have tested it and it is a supported CPU. I'd say you should be good to go :)
