Athlon ICS degeneration problem

I share my neighbor's satellite connection recently invaded with malware; solved but since, my connection has also gone down. The connection also was lightening-struck and we changed NIC cards. All is now well, including my laptop computer, except: my desktop. Here is the Hijack log- any help would be welcome, thank you!
