ATI 9800 Pro Problems

ok heres the deal i bought an ati 9800 pro during summer. a few weeks later i put on the extreme giant III by tt to cool. i oced it to around 470core and 720 mem. when i play games i get some white dots and blue and all diffrent kinds of colors. i oced back down to default and i am still getting dots. sometimes when i watch videos it is in weird colors too. any information will help. thanks.

given that the 9800 pro has a core speed of 380mhz going to 470 mhz is a huge overclock. so I wouldnt be suprised if you havnt trashed your card.

after i put the core and mem down to default it worked fine and then i restarted it was working fine. the next day i turned on comp i started getting artifacts. also when i play cs i get 0 choke and 100 fps its just some of the videos arent working
