Obviously I have seen this guide: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/131

And the graphics card in my last computer (x1900) is far better than the 2400 hd in terms of numbers, but the technology i.e. pixel shader 4 is newer and it's dx10.

I just bought a new computer with the 2400 in it and I'm wondering whether I should straight get rid of that card and use my x1900 like I was going to or keep the 2400.

I play all the newest games like pro evo 2008, crysis etc etc...

What should I do?

The 2400PRO is a rubbish card compared to the X1900. To give you a good analogy, the X1900 will rip through games while the HD 2400PRO will crawl through them. If you do want a well-performing card that has the HD 2400PRO's features along with power to boot, the HD 3850 is a good choice for the price.

Hey thanks for the reply - Just as I thought then!

I'll ask the company not to include the card for an extra stick of ram or something or sell it myself
