Audio code 1-3-3-1

I have an eMachine T1100 that I can't get to boot up. When I push the power button I get an audio code 1 beep 3 beeps 3 beeps and 1 beep. Does anyone know what that indicates? I was told by an eMachine tech that I have a problem in the audio device. Thanks for your inputs.
