Audio Issues, Audigy 2ZS

I seem to be having issues with Audigy 2ZS programs. When I try to open something like the "creative sound mixer" (volume and speaker control) I get an error message saying "Unable to change the sound device to your selected device". Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

controlpanel>sound etc>go to sound tab, make sure SBAud 2 is selected. I had same issue.
