Automatic partition harddisk and creation users in Windows

I want to partition harddisk and create user in Windows (2000, Xp, 2003) by run a batch file. Then when I click batch file it automatic run like when I setup Windows. Please, help me. Thanks a lot!

if you want to create an automated Windows install - then look at sysprep
