AVG 7.5 Free edition update problem

i have AVG 7.5 Free edition installed in my home and office.in office i update online.But at home its not possible online update as it takes lots of time and i don't want my phone bill to go up cause i have dial up internet.my idea is to download updates form AVG i.e. "something....bin" and take it home and then update it.So i downloaded the latest updates but when i try to upload it by folder, it give some error message like "No new updates found".i also went to AVG web site but there is no help for free editio.So,Can any one help me?

You put the bin file on your desktop,and then point AVG to that folder.

If that fails,try starting the computer in Safe Mode,then start AVG and try again.

If that fails too,then the file could be corrupt.Re download it,put it on a USB stick,transfer

it to your computer.Don`t burn it to CD/DVD.

One other thing I would say,If your sensible on the Internet and you read up about security

you shouldn`t need an Anti virus at all,especially on slow old dialup.
