Just upgraded a friend's PC from XP Home to XP Pro. PC mainly used for video editing using Premiere 6.
He has two internal HDDs and an external HDD, plus CD burner. Before upgrade external drive was drive E, has now been automatically re-labelled F as CD Burner is now labelled E. After re-installing all applications Premiere can load any avi file from the two internal drives but Premiere tells him it does not support avi files when he tries to access the external drive. When he tries to move the files to another drive XP tells him he is denied access. Driving us crazy
