b.exe problem

Keep getting this thing to try and run...I probably have a bunch of other stuff of their due to the fact that I let my friend borrow it and he installed a software sharing program....I uninstalled it but found a ton of spyware and virus's quarintined....I erased but still have some problems...how do I get rid of this...it keeps coming back....

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as an attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
