Bad directsound driver error code 8878000A

i have winamp and i was trying to play music and it says: Bad directsound driver. please install proper drivers or select another device in configuration. error code: 8878000A. how do i fix that? im seriously dying over here i cant listen to anything PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
