Hi any one can help me with following error.

My system suddenly shut down and gives me below error

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000004 BCP2 : 80545070 BCP3 : B2000000

Disable hyperthtread if you are using Intel CPU. Do you have TV card install at your PC?

mine is a AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+ 2.01 Ghz 960 MB of Ram

All your minidumps crash with a bugcheck of 9C.

0x0000009C: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

This is a hardware issue: an unrecoverable hardware error has occurred. The parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you have but, while diagnostic, rarely lead to a clear solution. Most commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware (RAM, CPU, hardware bus, power supply, etc.), or from pushing hardware beyond its capabilities (e.g., overclocking a CPU).

As you can see from the above, you almost certainly have a hardware problem.

Go HERE and follow the instructions for testing your ram/hard drive.

If that doesn`t help, you will need to diagnose which hardware is the problem.

Make sure your system is not overclocked in any way. Remove any hardware not required to run your system.
