BCCode Error- Computer Restarts all the time

Hi Guys,

I am trying to Install a Genius wireless card into my laptop.

My Laptop is running XP, but im not exactly sure of the specs sorry its for my brother in law.

Once the wireless card has been installed and drivers installed his machine just keeps restarting and give me a BCCode as below..

Error message BCCode :19 BCP1 :00000020 BCP2 :FFA54C20 BCP3 :FFA54C30
BCP4 :1A02001 OSVer :5_1_2600 SP :2_0 PRODUCE 768_1

Can anybody please help me out or point me in the right direction.

Any help would be much appreciated.
