Best AMD processor for setup

I'm looking to upgrade my processor and was thinking of going with the AMD 6000+ black box edition, but then I see this new Phenom. Which would be best for my current setup?

Mobo = MSI model# MS-7253
Processor = AMD Sempron 3400+ (AM2 socket)
RAM = 2gb
Video Card = 8500gt
PSU = 450watt

IMO, forget about the Phenom and get a 5000+ Black Edition instead. Pair it with a good CPU cooler like the Thermalright Ultra 120 and you'll be able to get it to 3GHz and beyond. In any case, your mobo doesn't support Phenom CPUs so it's a non-issue.
