What's the BEST ASUS motherboard available for P4 3.4Ghz?

I've been looking at the Asus P4C800 Deluxe; it allows RAID to be used so that's a definite plus.

the P4C800 is a nice board, i would get this if i were building an intel system, but im an amd guy so its all about the A7N8X-E for me. get the P4C800, its will be top end for a while, but its costly. if money is the problem, find a board with the i865PE chipset or equivalent. the IT7-MAX3 is an abit board that is also high end. i think its the IT7, but its the only MAX3 board abit has, take a looksie, because asus board tend to be more expensive, so shop around.
