BF2 "Communications Failure" in online play

when i play bf 2 online i play for a little bit then i get off and go back on then kicks me off right when i go on, saying , "Communications Failure" Kicked

If you are still looking at this, it may be that you are banned..... are you running a legal copy?

my copy ilegal i think, i got off ebay so im not positive
