Big Fix [SECURITY: Vulnerbilities.....]

.... in Microsoft XML Core services could allow remote execution - XML core services 4.0].
My computer seems to be running fine. This is my firt gatewy computer and I have not heard of big fix before is anyone familiar with it. It tells me there are 13 relevnt fixlet, I don't want to click anything since I have not usee it before. Any ideas?

Big Fix is pre installed on your gateway computer and therefore should be safe enough. Take a look HERE for more info.
