Big problem

Hi, i have a problem with windows and i was wondering if someone can help me, first my mouse on the screen lags, secondly my computer is ODLY slow like have a dell with a pent 2, and sometimes there is randomn restarts, i wiped my hd's and reinstalled windows, and it still does it, and i have all of my drivers updated. so.... any idea's?

well maybe your cpu is to slow for the tasks you are running. not enough RAM?

I have 1gb of ram, and my proc. 3.0ghz HT, and the tasks that are to slow are booting up. I don't think my cpu is slow and i have enough ram, since i only have xp.

maybe your psu isn't giving enough power to the other drivers so they aren't working correctly.
