Bios Does'nt recognize New Processor

Hi all, I have just un-installed my Athlon XP 1800 and installed a Athlon XP 2400, On my Asus A7N8X Deluxe, at post it comes up and only see's the Athlon XP 1800, what do I need to do?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Look in your mobo manual on how to change the fsb speed.

It needs to be set to an fsb of 133mhz(266mhz effective)
