BIOS Problem Elitegroup K7VTA3 v0.8 Motherboard.

I was installing Windows XP Home Editition on my pc so I left my computer on because I had to go somewhere when I came back it was frozen so I pressed the restart button. When it turned on the screen read.
Award BootBlock BIOS v1.0

BIOS ROM checksum error
Keyboard error or no keyboard present

Detecting floppy drive A media
INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER
I don't know what to do my keyboard is working and its connected but I can't even go into the BIOS setup.
I would really really appreciate if anyone can help me at this.

Unplug the system from A/C power or turn off the power supply if it has a switch, then set the CMOS jumper to erase. On that board it is right next to the battery. Leave it there for 30 seconds, then replace.

Boot the machine back up and try to go into BIOS immediately. If it fails, check your connections; make sure the keyboard is securely plugged into the PS/2 port.

Try that and report back!

I tried it and it didnt work and now nothing shows up on the screen and it makes continous beeping sounds and then the noise that I heard when I got the message its like a prrrrrrrr type sound.
