- Jericho -> installed okay and worked fine (using SafeMode)
worked
- The Witcher -> installed okay,Patches 1.1 and 1.2 installed but some loading problems
didn't worked
a) (APILOADER)-Entrypoint 'heapSetInformation' in 'Kernel32.dll' error when starting the witcher.exe
b) Dynamic Link Library error within gdiplus.dll which can not be found in system32/system or system32\wbem
when starting launcher.exe
Solved the first problems by downloading and installing two dlls into the The Witcher game directory (where the launcher is stored) and also into the system directory: a) gdiplus.dll v5.1.3079.3 b) dbghelp.dll v5.1.2600.1106 from
http://de.nodevice.com/dll/The game loads with a (APILOADER)-The procedure GetProcessId could not be located in the dll KERNEL32.dll Error. Its failing because there was Win32 API GetProcessId call which does not exist in kernel32.dll on Windows 2000.So this problem must be fixed first.
