blank screen and only wallpaper

Hi i need help because all on my screen is my wall paper and no start button. I use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to access avg anti spyware, adware and spy bot SD. Spybot SD is the only one that finds two problems: Virtumonde
Win32.Agent.azk
I have deleted these but the problem is still occuring. With Virtumonde it keeps showing up every scan with spybot.
I ran a Hijackthis and this is its log

Hi brumbies92, before we do anything else, try this:
Download ATF Cleaner from here:-
http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dlatfcleaner.html
Run the .exe, check the "select all" box and then run the cleaner.

When you have done that download SuperAntiSpyware from here:-
http://www.superantispyware.com/
Download the Free Version for Home Users, install it and update it, then run a Complete Scan.

This is one of the best out there that I have found; currently anyway.

I have deleted these but the problem is still occuring. With Virtumonde it keeps showing up every scan with spybot.

It terminates resident memory threats before deleting files, and may need a reboot once it's done.
Let me know how you go, and if it doesn't turn out to be that easy we'll do it the hard way.
