I just installed a new motherboard because my old one failed. I installed the following:
MSI K8N Neo3 motherboard
AMD Sempron 3100 Processor
2 gib Ram
250 gb harddrive
120 gb harddrive
CD and DVD burner
etc.
When I start the computer up it blinks to a black screen about 10 times before getting to windows. Then when I click on my name to logon, it does it again. And again while working on programs in windows it continues to blink. I called windows and they say it is a hardware problem. I have never seen this.
Does anyone have advise for me.
