I've looked everywhere on this one and my best guess is that, since the blue will occasionally turn on for a few seconds, it's just a poor connection or bad wire to the blue electron gun. I've opened it up(It's pretty old so the warranty is long-gone anyhow) but really don't have a clue what I'm looking at.
Anyhow, If anyone has experience with this sort of thing or, even better, the schematics for my monitor(The only place I was able to find them wants to me to register for some course before I can get them). Any help is appreciated.
