Blue Screen. DUMP FILE, please cpc2004 I need your help.

Hi all,

I am having problems with a DELL PowerVault NAS box. I get a blue screen every some days.
Do you know if there is an easy way to indentify which drivers is causing the blue screen and make the machine reboot. ?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.


All your minidumps crash at mvstdi5x.sys. This is the driver for your antivirus/firewall software.

Check for any updates, or patches.

Try uninstalling, and reinstalling the software. If that doesn`t help, then I suggest you try another product.
