Blue Screen Error 1003 started today

So today I had my first blue screen of death. I am not very in the know how when it comes to this kind of stuff and I've looked around as much as I could to see what I could find but it seems that each of these errors is different.

Few things. Wednesday I finally finished installing EQ to play with a friend and had to install DirectX 9. Well, it ended up saying that the file d3dx9_30.dll was missing so I DL'ed that file and installed it.

Then Wednesday night I went to the Lord of the Rings beta party before they did a character wipe. With all the folks it could have strained my PC. Plus this night, my power kept going on and off. My PC is plugged into a power strip with surge protection. When the power went out, I woke up and unplugged everything.

Today, I get blue screen when trying to log into Lord of the Rings beta.

I looked in the system error log and I was able to pull this:

My PC info as of about a month ago:

I'm not sure if it's the file or updating to Directsx9 or my PC is on the fritz or the storm. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, just got it once more and saw it say something about nv4_disp.dll which could be for my video card.
