Boot Up Problem

Each time i hit the power button on my case, all my LED fans turn on like its actualy booting up, but a second later it shuts off, and then all the lights turn back on and the computer fully boots up, how do i stop it from doing this and just boot up normally.

razor diamondback mouse
22"wide acer

installed all drivers i believe.

check your PSU with a psu tester and multimeter.

you might just have a faulty switch or the psu could be dying.
