Broadband extremely slow

Hi--

I feel that I have tried everything. I followed the instructions in the "how to Remove CoolSearch" and still, I continue to have slow downloads and page loads. Is there anyone who has a suggestion that could help? here's my latest hijack log:

Your PC is overloaded with Symantec/Norton bloatware, AOL and Google Toolbar, some TrendMicro stuff, AIM, IPOD stuff, Lexmark printer software, etc.
They all want their piece of the cake.
Unless you decide to change any of the above, there is not much to do.
Clean your Internet Temp files, clean the Temp directory, do a CHKDSK and a defrag.
And STOP using that bleedin' Internet Explorer!
Get Firefox.

Most important: Install XP SP2!
