My motherboard, a Gigabyte GA-K8NNXP has a broken housing where the heat sink clips onto, thus causing the processor to overheat and crash on boot-up.

Is it possible to buy and fit a replacement housing for the 754 socket or is the whole motherboard trash? :knock:
If so, where in the UK can I buy these older motherboards which is 754 socket, has at least 3 ram sockets and supports AGP?

Can I get another Gigabyte GA-K8NNXP anywhere in the world???
:blackeye:

I found there was a spare one in my motherboard box the company fitted for me. Probably came with the casing and the motherboard had it's own. Disaster solved. Thanks for the reply anyway!
