Bsod and other probs

well here we go, i'm having the greatest of time with my pc (not)

I am having various bsod's :-
Page fault in non paged area
c000021a - win32k.sys
c000021a - f0xc 000000005 (0x0000000, 0x00000000)
driver irql not less or equal
PFN list corrupt

well :knock: comes to mid, lol

tried to re-install xp to format the pc but get stop :- c000021a win32k.sys
system root\ system32 \ ntdll.dll

well now i give up, tried so many things but getting a little headache, plz help

i have also checked my minidumps :hotbounce i have none grrrrr
also when i try and play a game it freezes or crashes by this program has peformed an illegal operation or this program has encountered a problem.

plz any help will do
