This issue manifests in two ways: A Blue Screen (STOP error) and a typical Windows Error. Typically, it happens when editing any type of data in any editor. the editors are as follows:
MS Word 07
MS Outlook 07
Notepad
Wordpad
The issue occurs mostly when I have a file or e-mail open and have not saved it. I have completed a CHKDSK and also recreated the swap file. I am not able to complete the Memtest86 because it is a text based utility which runs on DOS and my vision is not good enough to generate the proper disks and run the tool. There is no one that can assist me in working with the tool at this time.
