BSOD page fault in non paged area

Recently I had this BSOD when playing an online game :

Event Type:	Information
Event Source:	Save Dump
Event Category:	None
Event ID:	1001

Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xb91990ea, 0x00000000, 0xb91990ea, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.

I already tried using memtest to check my memory, but it passed the test with no errors. Also tried changing my nvidia driver to older/newer ones.

using XP Pro SP2. Minidump file also included.

This single minidump points to SAFEMON.sys...

You might want to run CCleaner to delete temp files and other nasties. Also run a good spyware/malware cleaner

SAFEMON.sys is a part of System Safety Monitor, so I uninstalled it. I hope the BSOD won't appear again.
