BSOD + Spontanious Rebooting

Only the last .dmp file actually gave me a blue screen. On the previous dumps, my PC would just seemingly spontaniously reboot while I was in the middle of a game.

This time the Windows error report said this:
BCCode : 1000007f BCP1 : 0000000D BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

PC is running all the newest drivers possible. I've also attached my DxDiag.txt file. Hopefully that will help shed some light on any hardware possibilities.

Motherboard is an Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe. I'm pretty sure the onboard sound is disabled in bios. There's an HD Audio setting that I disabled. I don't have anything overclocked at all yet. I'm running the newest BIOS from Asus as well.

One thing I did read on the Asus forums, was to swap the memory from the "right" slots to the "wrong" slots. From banks A1 B1, to A2, B2, and supposedly that helped some people.

The case I have, is an Aspire Discovery. I haven't ruled out heat as a possibility, although the CPU runs about 51c at the high end, as does the MB. The case's airflow could be better, I've got the front glass off, always have, to help improve airflow into the case.

Any ideas? Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree.
