I'm very much at a loss here. Lately, running Windows XP SP 2 I've been getting more stop errors/BSOD than I know what to do with. IRQ not less or equal, page fault in non paged area, etc. Now, starting yesterday, I'm getting frequent 'the system has recovered from a serious error' messages. Following the link to the MS website for more information, it suggests that it's a device driver but can't pinpoint which one. The last driver I installed was the latest nVidia one for my card, but that was over two months ago.
I downloaded the memtest program and will be running that tonight. I looked in my system logs for the error codes and tried to Google them, but got a whole lot of nothing. I'm about ready to go find a sledgehammer, but thought it might be best to find someone to ask for help before I resort to that.
Would someone be able to help me figure out what in the world is going on with my machine, and if so, what information/logs do you need me to provide for you?
