BSOD- tcpip.sys problem

hi!

frequently i get this bsod when i use p2p program(such as tvuPlayer, sopcast) to watch online tv.
when i use some torrent prog(utorrent) evreything works fine...

i've attached 2 minidumps from today and 2 days ago....

i think my system is without of spyware, virus, trojan etc...i checked with kaspersky av, ad aware and spybot. i had before virus problem but i took care of it.

Maybe software problem of netlimiter

Uninstall netlimiter. If your windows does not crash, netlimiter is the culprit.
