New debug file

I followed cpc2004 instructions and created the debug file.
I'm not sure i understand it....

I do have spysweeper installed but it is disabled right now.
Do you advice that because you saw something odd in the debug file or you think spysweeper will find and solve the problem ?

That crash points to a conflict between Spysweeper and Norton. Disabling it isn't enough, you have to uninstall it to see if it's the problem.

You also have AVG installed. You should only have one AV installed.

BugCheck 19, {20, 86e3f390, 86e3f498, a210001}
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SSI.SYS <-- Spysweeper.
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SYMTDI.SYS <-- Norton.
Probably caused by : SSI.SYS ( SSI+e1fe )

OK,
I uninstalled Norton AV, I will use AVG. I left spy sweeper installed and launched Emule (after rebboting the machine, ofcourse).
Let's hope for the best.
Will update you anyway.
Thanks for the advice

Tany

It has been almost 15 hours since i made the change, and it looks like the problem solved. I didnt siffer from any BSOD since then.
Thanks for the help.

I did suffer from BSOD again.
I suspect the reason is that i didnt uninstall spysweeper.
Attached is the latest debug file.
Am i right ?

Yeah, it's Spysweeper by itself this time. Try updating it first. Otherwise you'll have to uninstall it for problem isolation.
