BSODs and Resets - Help with minidumps please

I built thie system a couple of months ago and everything was fine for a while but the last couple of weeks have seen BSODs and resets and their rate is increasing.

Im going crazy trying to track the cause - Ive disabled the nvidia driver helper service and tried running with ZoneAlarm disabled but no luck.

Ram appears to be faulty as memtest+ either wont complete testing or records everything as bad but stressing the ram within windows does not record any faults.

Please can someone give me some help ive attached the last 5 minidumps

I strip of ram appears to have failed - Hoping that is the cause of all probs, will post back if i get any more probs.
