Bsods when playing games

Hi!
I recently started to have bsods.

they happen only when im playing games(atm thats fear and test drive unlimited and devil may cry 3)-after 5min to 1h.

what I've tried to fix it:

format
new forceware(from version 90 to 160 beta)
windows Xp and Vista

and still it crashes. the pc is still under warranty.

so here is what im asking the more experince guys:
can you please check these dump files?

hardware:

motherboard: intel 965lt
gpu: leadtek 8800gtx
cpu: core 2 due e6600(2.4ghz)
ram: 2X1024 mb(800mhz)
psu: atx550W

I've ran the ram test and one time I got an error(actually 5) and sometimes none.

I can't take ram sticks out cuz the PC is 3 months old and is still under warrancy.

-I have ocz 800 mhz rams with a cooler btw

Minidumps point to:

USBUHCI.SYS
TCPIP.SYS
NETRCACM.SYS
Memory Corruption

Since your system is still under warranty, reload the operating system and all the programs and utilities per your manufacturer's instructions.

You can also Google the Minidump results and see if something rings a bell with you. If the memory is bad it will have to be replaced. You can test it safely... if all else fails consult your PC's maker for resolution

i'm back and the error is gone. the problem was that the rams were not compatible with the motherboard so i just got rams from a different company and it works now

n3Xus, out of curiosity was your motherboard an Asus? They can be very picky when it comes to RAM.

nope, it was an Intel 965LT and i had OCZ rams before
